good location friendly staff available luggage room poor breakfast selection inadequate curtains privacy issue
the location was really good and close to the city center. friendly staff cleaned the room each day. there was a luggage room available for use.
the breakfast was just okay, not much of a hot selection. the curtains barely covered the windows. i was a little worried about privacy, because i could see through the window.

public transport tram stop tv internet speed sound isolation tv channel
the hotel provided good access to public transport. a tram stop was very near. it made it simple to get around. my room included a tv, that was nice. i also found a hairdryer in the room. it was helpful for my hair.
the internet speed was not great. i had a hard time streaming videos. i also noted the lack of sound isolation. i could hear neighbors clearly. the tv did not had many channel options.

convenient location efficient staff comfy bed
i found the location very convenient for exploring many attractions were easily accessible i appreciated the friendly and efficient desk staff my room had nice furniture. the bed was very comfy giving me a very good sleep.
taxis could not drop me off directly at the hotel entrance i had to walk a short distance with my luggage.

the room provided coffee and tea facilities this was a great addition the room was also very clean the bathroom was modern and well kept it made my stay more enjoyable overall.

the location offers easy access to the blue church and a nearby shopping mall the area around the hotel felt safe and was within walking distance of many attractions it allowed for convenient exploration.

Totally Awesome Find!
great location fast checkin super clean bathrooms
The hotel location rocks, it puts you super close to everything! I found amazing restaurants and cafes just around the corner. the Danube River is an easy walk. The staff was super friendly, and they make checkin so fast. The rooms are very clean, and the bathrooms are super clean. I felt very comfortable !
The room had no AC, and it got too hot at night, even with a fan.

The hotel sits close to numerous places worth visiting. It is also near restaurants and cafes. That is super convenient. The Danube River is easily accessible from this location, which offers nice views and some cool walking paths.

The hotel personnel were super friendly and helpful. They are ready to assist with any questions. The check-in process was so fast and simple. It made settling in so easy. The staff always kept the hotel in perfect condition.

The hotel offers breakfast. I always found it fresh and very delicious. The hotel has a cool glass elevator that is so fun to ride. There is also the option for luggage storage, this helped me out a lot after checkout.

loud noise broken television
The location was ideal to explore nearby areas.
The room was very noisy. I could hear people stomping and crashing around at night. The television also didn't work. It was quite frustrating.
